DogsBody Health are resellers of Haqihana products. We are able to contact our supplier/Haqihana in the event you need to take advantage of your warranty.
The Haqihana guarantee covers harnesses for 5 years from the date of purchase. Haqihana will repair or replace products that have experienced a fault or breakage, except where issues have arisen from normal fair wear and tear. Haqihana reserves the right to verify the correct use of the harness, e.g. chewing, failing to follow washing instructions or unauthorised modifications and repairs is considered incorrect usage.
In order to take advantage of the guarantee, proof of purchase together with the warranty card (to enable component production tracking) must be retained. It is therefore recommended to keep the product tag and your receipt in a secure place as without the warranty card we cannot provide guarantee service.
Haqihana also provides a repair service for a fee in all other cases where the repair is technically possible.
Please note due to manufacturing changes over time that your original colour may no longer be available and instead you will have your choice of colour from currently available stock.
