Some greyhounds have ridiculously bendy necks and can chew their harness whilst wearing it. We know. We've seen it. Twice :(

Haqihana warranty does not cover chewing.

Our online shop allows for you to purchase multiple harnesses of the same size and colour, stock allowing, in one transaction. But not all doggos like to dress the same.

If you wish to order different colours, styles or sizes of harness in a single transaction, please use the Contact form to indicate your preferences. If we have all of your goods in stock, we will contact you to make a payment by EFT, so that you only pay one shipping fee for all your items. 

If we don't have all you need, we will let you know the estimated wait time to fulfill your order. 

We can order smaller sizes for whippets and Italian greyhounds or teeny tiny greyhounds. Please email us with your questions or preferences. For other breeds, please contact us.

DogsBody Health are resellers of Haqihana products. We are able to contact our supplier/Haqihana in the event you need to take advantage of your warranty.

The Haqihana guarantee covers harnesses for 5 years from the date of purchase. Haqihana will repair or replace products that have experienced a fault or breakage, except where issues have arisen from normal fair wear and tear. Haqihana reserves the right to verify the correct use of the harness, e.g. chewing, failing to follow washing instructions or unauthorised modifications and repairs is considered incorrect usage.

In order to take advantage of the guarantee, proof of purchase together with the warranty card (to enable component production tracking) must be retained. It is therefore recommended to keep the product tag and your receipt in a secure place as without the warranty card we cannot provide guarantee service.

Haqihana also provides a repair service for a fee in all other cases where the repair is technically possible. 

Please note due to manufacturing changes over time that your original colour may no longer be available and instead you will have your choice of colour from currently available stock.

We cannot accept returns for change of mind.

We can exchange your item if you have purchased the wrong size, however we will gladly give you advice before purchase so there is less likelihood of this happening. Posting to us will be at your expense, we will post the new size to you at our expense. 

If we do not have your preferred colour in stock in the new size required, you may have to wait for our next supply delivery, or we can refund you on receipt of the original purchased item.
