Bill
Bill: Canine massage for old age and arthritis (and because Bill is just so lovely)
We have a super soft spot for the gorgeous old greyhound Bill.
Bill is 12 years old and had injured a hind leg as a younger dog when he was in the greyhound racing industry. Most likely Bill had numerous other injuries during his time racing and as an old dog he now suffers with arthritis in many of his joints.
Bill has stayed with us as part of our Snoot Sitting for greyhounds and it was such a pleasure to spend time with this gorgeous dog and give him massage to relieve his old achey body.
Along with regular arthritis injections, Bill will be getting regular remedial massage in his old age and I look forward to seeing him each visit. Love you Bill.
Update: Bill is also a candidate for laser therapy as his arthritis causes inflammation in joints that are not easy to massage including his wrists and ankles. When he's particularly sensitive, laser therapy also gives us options to treat his muscles and joints when he's too tender for some massage techniques.
